André Rieu shares magical Maastricht concerts with Derbyshire audiences


Every summer the world-famous viollnist presents open-air concerts attended by more than 150,000 fans in his hometown of Maastricht in the Netherlands.
However, 2020 is different. With large concerts cancelled due to social distancing restrictions, André will bring Maastricht to his fans in a one-off throwback cinema spectacular.

Hide AdSit back and enjoy André Rieu’s Magical Maastricht – Together In Music from the comfort of your local cinema. The film will be screened at Chesterfield Pomegranate Theatre on September 19 and 20, Derby Odeon from September 18 to 20 and Chesterfield Cineworld from September 19 to 21.
Featuring performances from André’s legendary summer Maastricht concerts with his Johann Strauss Orchestra, it is a special moment for fans to celebrate music and friendship.
Hosted by ITV’s Good Morning Britain’s Charlotte Hawkins, André will talk about his favourite memories from Maastricht in an exclusive interview. He will also take the occasion to reflect on his own personal experience in isolation, and what it means for him as a father and grandfather.
