Bucks seek home comforts with triple header on horizon

Spencer Harris has been re-called by Guiseley.

The Bucks are unbeaten on the road so far with ten points from 12 in the league and an FA Cup win at Prescot under their belt.

However, their form at home has been patchy with just one win in four outings.

Skelmersdale are the visitors on Saturday, Worksop arrive on Wednesday whilst the following weekend sees Skrill North side North Ferriby make the trip for the FA Cup second round qualifier.

Ahead of the triple-header, McIntosh will be aiming for an improvement in form in front of the Silverlands faithful.

With Lee Morris set to sit out the third and final game of his ban against Skelmersdale, Leon Osborne is expected to spearhead the Bucks’ attack.

The former Bradford City man hit the winner last week and McIntosh believes he is slowly adapting to the formation he is being asked to play in.

The Bucks’ boss said: “To be fair to Leon he’s not had an awful lot of football lately.

“He’s also not played a great deal in the system we deploy, where he’s up there on his own up top.

“We’re confident though that he’ll come good.”

Another absentee, alongside Morris on Saturday, is Spencer Harris.

The defender, on dual-reg terms, was recalled by parent club Guiseley last week before he made an appearance as a 12th minute substitute during their match with Bradford Park Avenue on Tuesday night.
