This relaxed and friendly event will take place in the beautiful setting of The Pump Room opposite Buxton’s Crescent SK17 6BH on Thursday November 26th from 7.30 to 9pm (doors open at 7pm).

The evening will consist of a lively Fringe presentation, followed by a chance to socialise with the Fringe team and learn how to become involved whether as a performer, reviewer, venue host, accommodation provider, committee member, Fringe Friend, photographer or occasional volunteer. There will be a complimentary drink on arrival as well as a paying-bar.

The Fringe Annual Review will also see the announcement of key Fringe trustee appointments as the Fringe committee prepares for December 1st when it opens for entries to next year’s Fringe (July 7th-25th 2027).

In welcome news for performers, Fringe organisers have managed to keep the entry fees at last year’s rates ranging from just £55 per event. The Fringe website’s Take Part information will be updated by December 1st.

The 2026 Fringe was the biggest ever, attracting over 230 entries from all over the UK and beyond and contributing nearly £400,000 to the local economy.

Fringe chair Ian Bowns comments: "Although the last Fringe was the 47th, it's not too early to start planning for our 50th, not to mention the next two Fringes - come along on the 26th, say hello and get involved."
