Visitors will be checking out the treasures that lie behind impressive front doors and marvelling at the sumptuous decor inside such gems as Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall.
After weeks stuck inside our own homes which in many cases have doubled as work stations, we could do with a temporary escape into a world of glamorous living in sumptuous surroundings.
While a couple of jewels in Derbyshire’s crown will reopen their doors this month, others will stay shut for a while longer but still offer a stunning backdrop for those exploring their beautiful grounds.

. Chatsworth House
Chatsworth House reopens its doors to the public on May 18, 2021, when visitors can check out the rare Devonshire Hunting Tapestries which will be on show throughout 2021. 3. Bolsover Castle

4. Haddon Hall
