Free mindfulness course equips Derbyshire people with stress-busting tools
Learn tips to help you cope with the stresses of everyday life during a mindfulness course.
Gurada Ishaya, who will be heading the online course, has 20 years experience in teaching, giving talks on mindfulness and meditation and leading retreats.
He will equip participants with the simple tools they need to add calm to their lives when they are under pressure.
The free course starts on April 22, 2021, at 7pm on Zoom and will run for two consecutive weeks.
