The quartet - singer songwriter Kiaran, his brother and drummer Brandon, guitarist Josh Davidson and his brother and bassist Andy - called before jetting to the SXSW music festival in Austin, Texas.
Home owner Julie said: "They're such a lovely set of lads. My son went to school with Andy. They asked if they could use our house for the front of their single and they brought an actor friend to sit on the wall. Of course we said yes.
"You never know. It might put the price of our house up. We've ben here 17 years and we've never had another rock band ask if they can shoot their single cover outside.

Glenn said: "I'm not surprised the house is getting all this attention. The country is going Sherlocks crazy. It's great to see them now off to play America."
Josh said:"We just wanted a stereotypical South Yorkshire house. We all grew up in these sort of houses. We didn't want it to be one of our homes, just a neutral place. But it fit so we went for it.
