Kath proves she is leading lady
Cavendish Golf Club held its Lady Captain’s Day recently and competitors were greeted with superb playing conditions on the day of the tournament.

Kath Cassidy was the winner of the main trophy with a nett score 68.
Kim Bradbury won the silver division with a nett 69 and dropped her handicap back to scratch.
Pauline Greenwood won the bronze division and Hilary Whatmore won the putting competition.
Elsewhere, Chris Willingham stole the show with a fantastic hole-in-one on the fourth green.
