More to come from the Bucks, says boss
Manager Jordan Broadbent wants Buxton to carry their late-August form into September, starting away to Morecambe tomorrow.
After a mixed start to the season, the Bucks peeled off back-to-back wins away to Oxford City last Friday and at home to Merthyr Town on Bank Holiday to move eighth in National League North.

After the trip to Morecambe, they host Brackley Town on Tuesday before league dates with Chester and South Shields.
There is also a home date against Redditch United in the FA Cup up Saturday, September 19.
“We have done OK so far,” said Broadbent. “If we’d had been at this stage with three to five more points then we would have been good for it.
"We are not where we want to be in terms of points but performance wise we have been very good.
"It is a really tough September for us because we are playing some big teams in this league and the FA Cup is coming up so we need to go to a different level.”
Two more goals from summer signing Sisa Tuntulwana forged the 3-2 win down at Oxford, Buxton having led 2-0 at half time. Kiaran Burton netted the other first-half goal and the lead proved a useful cushion against the hosts who pulled it back to 21 and then 3-2 deep into stoppage time.
Buxton weren’t at their most fluid in Monday’s 2-1 win over Merthyr and saw their early opener from recent signing Tony Weston cancelled out right on half time.
Some tactical changes for the last 20 minutes improved things and substitute Will Trueman netted on 74 minutes to complete a great Bank Holiday weekend in front of a crowd of more than 900 at the Tarmac Silverlands Stadium.
Broadbent added: “We beat a very good side, a side that is going to take a lot of points off a lot of teams this season, and the same on Friday.
"We won the Merthyr game when we weren’t at our best and as a manager that’s a really pleasing sign.
"It was great to see Tony get off the mark. He will bring quality to us and he is one of those players – once he gets one three or four more will come.
"When you have a talisman Will Trueman you are never going to be far away from scoring a goal.
"All in all it has been a squad effort over the Friday and Monday games When the changes were made on Friday they made us better and when we put on the subs on on Monday they made us better.
"I know we’ve got gears to go through and different levels to us as well.”
