FOOTBALL RUMOURS: New Manchester City bid for Raheem Sterling, Radamel Falcao set for Chelsea, Manchester United chasing Dutch keeper

Manchester City have tabled a second bid of around £40m for Liverpool and England forward Raheem Sterling, according to Sky Sports, the Daily Mail and talkSport.

Sky also claim Chelsea have agreed a season-long loan deal with Monaco for Radamel Falcao.
