1980s fitness star Diana Moran, also known as the Green Goddess, has returned to screens with tips on how to keep fit and stay healthy during lockdown.
Moran, now aged 80, will lead exercise classes on BBC Breakfast from her home.
The classes will be broadcast at 6.55am and 8.55am on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays on BBC One.
The Body Coach
Joe Wicks has a range of fitness videos to suit different ages and requirements. He recently launched ‘P.E. with Joe’, which is aired live from Monday to Friday at 9am, to keep kids entertained and active while schools are shut.
However, there’s a wide variety of fitness content for adults available on his 'The Body Coach TV’ YouTube channel, ranging from 10-minute home chair workouts for seniors to 30-minute no equipment HIIT workouts.
Barry’s Bootcamp is a popular choice among fitness fanatics, and they are now streaming 20-minute equipment-free workouts on Instagram lives.
They are also saving workouts onto their IGTV the next day so you can access them when you have time.

Yoga with Adriene
Yoga instructor Adriene has been producing online yoga videos on her YouTube channel for quite a few years now, and has gained a large following.
Choose from short and long videos, different areas of the body to target, or 30-day challenges you can get stuck into while under lockdown.
Whether you’re a pro or a beginner, there’s something for everyone on Adriene’s channel.
Blogilates also has a huge YouTube following, offering free pilates and bootcamp sculpting workouts.

ClassPass is a workout class app which has free, home fitness videos.
You can access a full library of workout videos, which include dance, yoga, strength training and HIIT workouts, either on the app or the website.
Nike Training Club
The Nike Training Club app lets you download free 15, 30, and 45 minute workouts that are designed by Nike trainers.
Most of the workouts are equipment-free, and many of them use GIFs in order to demonstrate how to do each exercise.
Exercises include squats, lunges and walkouts.
The Salt Drop
The Salt Drop is Yoga and Pilates combined with plyometrics moves. The class is about endurance and flowing to the beat.
The trainers do daily workouts at various times via Instagram Live
