Police give update on the roads after snow hits Buxton
Derbyshire Roads Policing Unit has issued an update on the roads this morning as snow caused traffic chaos.

A number of roads in and around Buxton have been gridlocked for some time as drivers struggle to cope with the conditions caused by the overnight snow.
Roads have been described as treacherous, with cars at a standstill on Long Hill, between Dove Holes and Chapel-en-le-Frith and Whaley Bridge and Macclesfield.
Derbyshire Police said that it is continuing its patrols, and that conditions are slowly improving.
