WEATHER: Fine day forecast for Derbyshire

The whole of the East Midlands is expected to have a fine and dry day with plenty of sunshine although high cloud may turn the sunshine hazy at times.

With a maximum temperature of 23 degrees centigrade it will feel warm with light winds for most.

Dry skies continue into the evening and much of the night with increased cloud later and a chance of showers, and even localised thundery downpours at dawn and a minimum temperature of 11 degrees centigrade.
