Employees from Nestle Waters, who own the Buxton mineral water brand, have visited Burbage Primary School, Dove Holes Primary School, Harpur Hill Primary School and St Anne’s Primary School to take part in fun activities and encourage a greater understanding of water.

The visits were in support of the charity Project WET (Water Education for Teachers) with the educational workshops improving the children’s understanding of such an important resource.

Charlie Roberts, factory manager at Nestle Waters Buxton, said: “It is fantastic to see so many of our employees participating in World Water Day by visiting local schools, helping to educate and engage children, including the sons and daughters of our employees, in the importance of water conservation and healthy hydration.”
