Rihanna and Justin Bieber are set to headline the two-day festival, which is sponsored by Virgin Media.

The event, which takes place in Staffordshire and Essex, is celebrating its 21st birthday this year and will also feature superstar DJ David Guetta, Little Mix, Jess Glynne and Bastille.

This year's V Festival will take place on the weekend of August 20 and 21 at Hylands Park in Chelmsford and Weston Park in Staffordshire.

The full day-by-day line up will be announced on Wednesday online at www.vfestival.com at 10pm after The Brit Awards, and tickets go on sale on Friday at 9.30am.

Other artists set to perform include Sia, Faithless, Kaiser Chiefs, Years and Years, Jake Bugg, Craig David, Rita Ora, Tinie Tempah, Example and Katy B.
