Two assaults outside Buxton nightclub

A 27-year-old woman was standing on the stairs at the rear fire exit of Level 2, in South Street, when she was assaulted by a man.

A short time later, a 27-year-old man approached the side of the club and was also assaulted, possibly by the same man.

Both victims suffered minor injuries in the incident, which happened at about 2.30am on Sunday, March 20.

Police want to hear from anyone who witnessed either of the assaults or who may have information that could help the investigation.

The offender was white, in his early 20s, about 5ft 9ins, of medium build and was clean shaven at the time. He was wearing a black hooded top.
