School boost for Teenage Cancer Trust
Students of Chapel en le Frith High School have stepped up the funds of the Teenage Cance Trust.
They raised £2334 at a sponsored walk which will go to support the funding of specialist cancer units for 13 to 24-year-olds.
A cheque was presented to Kelly Scott, the charity’s regional education and advocacy manager and Michelle White the charity’s regional fundraiser,

After the presentation, Kelly spoke to the current Year 10 students, about teenage cancer awareness and explained the vital work of the trust.
