Around 82,000 fans are expected to attend the 127th game in one of rugby’s oldest rivalries.
England have won the last two meetings since being thrashed in Cardiff two years ago.
Both countries have begun their campaigns in Pool A with a victory, but this match is considered the biggest encounter in the early stages of the tournament.
Live match coverage starts at 7.15pm on ITV, when Fran Donovan will be joined in the studio by former Wales players Mike Hall and Dafydd James and ex-England coach Brian Ashton.
