Fairfield Endowed Junior School have almost reached their target to raise £1,500 to buy a defibrillator for the school.

So far, the children have raised £1,300 through various fund raising events organised by the PTA, including a recent ‘Ramp up the Red’ event, and now only need £200.

School governor Cally Barker said: “It has amazed me how generous the children have been giving up their time and pocket money to help us reach our target, and also the support from the parents who have attended our events.”
