Members of the public have reported seeing temporary structures set up on the south rim of Eldon Hill Quarry - while signs near the site have been installed bearing the initials ‘JR’.

Though the streaming service has yet to give full details it is understood the location - described on urban exploration site 28DL as ‘a very large scale production’ - is being used to film a series called Ray James - inspired by HG Wells’ War Of The Worlds.
