Mostly dry day with sunny spells for Derbyshire

The Met Office is forecasting a mostly dry day with sunny spells for Derbyshire and the East Midlands today, Thursday May 14, though it will be cooler.

Much of the area will have a dry day, with the best of any sunshine in the north. The far south may just see some rain for a time through the afternoon. An easterly breeze will make it feel cool. The maximum temperature will be 13 degrees centigrade.

Tonight it will remain dry with clear spells and winds falling light. Turning chilly generally, but especially so in some rural parts of the north with a grass frost possible. The minimum temperature will be two degrees centigrade.
