LETTER: Is Buxton worthy of '˜leading spa town' title?

I query recent publicity 'Buxton, England's leading Spa town'.'¨Does this mean that Buxton is ahead of such towns as Scarborough, Harrogate, Bath and other prominent spas? Having more visitors, filling more hotels and more footfall amongst other things.'¨Or am I missing an important factor that bestows Buxton with such a title?
