To raise awareness and much needed funding for the charity’s work, it is teaming up with Manchester-based actor Adrian Palmer to put on a special Zoom performance for nature lovers and hikers.
On Saturday, February 27, at 7.30pm, Adrian will deliver a dramatic reading of Jack London’s short story To Build A Fire, a captivating tale of man versus nature.

Adrian, an avid walker with the Manchester Ramblers, set up the virtual story-telling experience Story Circle during the first national lockdown and has seen it go from strength to strength.
He said: “I am really looking forward to reading this classic story to the audience, it is indeed a dramatic story that depicts a man's battle of life and death. A great Story Circle session awaits.”
Anyone wishing to join the audience is asked to pay a suggested minimum donation of £3 to help fund KMRT’s work.
