Iconic Vulcan jet to fly over Derbyshire this weekend for final time

One of the world’s most iconic RAF jets is set to fly over Derbyshire on Saturday as part of its final flight.

The aircraft, known as the XH558, is the last of its kind still flying.

Throughout this weekend it will be flying the length of the country, from Edinburgh to Dover.

The aircraft is set to fly over several places Dronfield, Barlborough, Staveley, Chesterfield, Clay Cross, Alfreton, Ripley and Belper.
