High Peak sailor receives award from HRH The Princess Royal
A High Peak sailor has been honoured for outstanding commitment to her sport.
Toddbrook Sailing Club’s Jane Thorpe was presented with an Outstanding Contribution Award by Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal, at the RYA’s annual awards ceremony in London. The award honours individuals who have made a significant volunteer contribution either over a period of time or a ‘one-off’ effort.
