High Peak pageant pair fundraise for cancer charity
A mother and daughter pageant team have joined forces to raise money for a children's charity.
Alison Aldous, Woman Crown and Glory England finalist and her eight-year-old daughter Harleigh-Jai, Little Miss Catwalk perfect 2016/17, held a collection for Solving Kids Cancer at Tesco’s, in Whaley Bridge.
Due to the generosity of customers the pair raised £172.53 for the charity, which helps to fund research into cancer.
They also held a ‘name the bear’ contest, which was won by Linda Sym.
The mother and daughter pair both currently take part in pageants so try and fundraise for numerous different charities.
