From 12pm to 4pm, there will be live music, Gaelic food and drink, traditional crafts and children’s activities including a hunt the leprechaun game and a limerick competition.

Any performers who want to take part or stallholders who would like to book a pitch are asked to email organiser Paul Bohan on [email protected].

The festival, or Lá Fhéile Pádraig, organised by Glossop catholic community group Good Things and Glossopdale Community Radio and hopes to raise funds for the town’s Christmas lights switch on 2014.
