Fire at Whaley Bridge play area
Firefighters tackled a fire in Whaley Bridge’s Memorial Park on Sunday.
Crews from Whaley Bridge were called to the incident at the Reservoir Road play area at 6.18am.
The wood chippings under the slide were extinguished using a bucket of water.
