Derbyshire woman has Nigel Farage’s face tattooed on her arm

A Derbyshire woman has hit the national headlines after choosing an unusual subject for her latest piece of body art.

UKIP activist Kerrie Webb, from Chesterfield, has had party leader Nigel Farage’s face tattooed on to her arm, permanently pledging her support to the man she claims is her inspiration and helped her discover her interest in politics.

The married mother-of-one had the tattoo last week after watching him lose his South Thanet seat last month.

She spent three-and-a-half hours and £130 getting the design done.

On Twitter, 38-year-old Kerrie describes herself as “Vice chair” of the party’s branch in Chesterfield and Derby, and on Facebook, says she’s a stay at home mum and part-time assistant at Sports Direct.

The UKIP fanatic said she loves the right-wing party so much she left her job as a railway engineer to join the campaign.

She also says she’s a fan of The Cure, having their image inked on her left arm, as well as radio podcast man Jon Gaunt, and she loves her dog.

Kerrie has been made social media famous thanks to her artwork, which quickly sparked interest since she tweeted it to her followers.
