Police have released CCTV footage after a man touched a woman’s bottom in Chapel.

The incident happened in Market Street at around 6.30am on February 29.

The man touched the woman’s bottom before walking off down Thornbrook Road.

Nearby CCTV shows a man matching the description of the person crossing the road and, while the footage is not clear, it is hoped someone recognises the build or walk of the individual.
