Police appeal after schoolgirls, 11, go missing from their homes in the High Peak

Police have appealed to the public to help find two 11-year-old schoolgirls missing from their homes in the High Peak.

The families of Constantia Carr-Winterburn, of Whaley Bridge, and Lillie Almond, of Dove Holes, have not heard from either girl since they left to go to school this morning (26 November).

The pair, who go to the same school and are friends, are thought to be together.

Constantia in white, 5ft 4ins tall, slim and has blonde or mousey shoulder-length hair. She left the house in her school uniform - a white shirt, a black quilted coat, black trousers and black shoes.

She also carried a rucksack.

Lillie is 5ft 7ins tall, slim and has blonde hair, which was tied back this morning. She left home wearing a black skirt, black tights, black trainers, a white polo shirt and a red coat.

Lillie also wears glasses.

Anyone with information should contact Derbyshire Constabulary, quoting incident 904 of November 26.
