Cloudy and breezy start to the day for Derbyshire
The Met Office is forecasting a cloudy, breezy and wet start to the day for Derbyshire and the East Midlands today, January 6.
There will perhaps be some bright spells and the cloud and rain will clear during the afternoon, allowing sunshine to develop. The maximum temperature will be nine degrees centigrade.
Tonight will be fine and dry, with mostly clear skies allowing a frost to form overnight. Cloud amounts will increase by the end of the night along with a freshening southerly breeze and the minimum temperature will be minus two degrees centigrade.
