The festive season is well and truly upon us and lots of stately homes and venues are gearing up to welcome you in out of the cold to see them transformed by Christmas decorations and special events.

Haddon Hall’s festivities started on November 14 and continue to December 15, and are this year based on the theme of The Twelve Days of Christmas.

There will be swans a swimming in the River Wye as well as pipers piping and ladies dancing in the courtyard.
