Buxton Soroptimists aid children's charity

Members of Buxton & District Soroptimist International have boosted funds for a charity which helps children in the third world.

They sold scarves at the town’s May Day fair which raised £175 for Mary’s Meals.

The group’s next fundraiser will be a fashion show at the Cavendish Golf Club, Buxton, on Thursday, May 26.

In July, a car treasure hunt will raise money for Soroptimist charities.
