Buxton PCSO sworn in

Sixteen new Derbyshire police officers, including a Buxton PC, were officially sworn in at a ceremony at headquarters in Ripley on Friday.

The recruits, who range from 22 to 47 years old and include former Buxton PCSO Jonathan Taylor, started training in October.

Chief Constable Mick Creedon said: “We are now bringing fresh blood into the organisation.”
