Buxton man breached curfew 11 times in six weeks
A Buxton man who breached his curfew 11 times in six weeks, has had his community order extended by three weeks.
Gary Appleton failed to comply with his curfew which required him to be at his home on Boarstones Lane between 5pm and 5am, after it was imposed on January 27 for possessing amphetamines.
At High Peak Magistrates’ Court on Monday the 42-year-old alleged that the first breach was when he accompanied a friend to hospital.
He added that his bus home was late on another occasion.
