Buxton churches hold Walk of Witness
Churches Together in Buxton marked Good Friday with the annual Walk of Witness, which processes through the town centre from St John’s Church, on St John’s Road, from 11.20am.
There was also an 8am service of holy communion at Solomon’s Temple on Easter Sunday where members of Buxton Methodist Church, Buxton United Reformed Church and students from the University Chaplaincy met in thick fog to share bread, wine and hymns.
