Burglars target Glossop shop

Would-be burglars have tried to break into a shop in Glossop by damaging the roof.

Sometime between midnight on Saturday, March 26 and 11.45am on Saturday, April 2, someone has climbed onto the roof of the Co-op, in Norfolk Street.

They have used a tool to remove a large slab but did not gain entry to the shop below.
