The popular centre has said that as per new government measures ‘essential’ retail stores will be kept open, but some retailers will be offering click-and-collect services along takeaway or delivery at some restaurants.

Hide AdStores will remain open at Meadowhall as normal until the end of today (Wednesday, November 4).
But from tomorrow all non-essential shops will pull down the shutters until December 2 when the lockdown is expected to end.

Hide AdIt comes after Boris Johnson announced the country would undergo a second national lockdown from Thursday for one month.
The lockdown is being imposed due to the sharp rise in coronavirus cases across the UK.
The ‘essential’ stores that will remain open at Meadowhall include:

The policies and opening times of individual stores will vary, so Meadowhall recommends checking directly with retailers before setting off.

Hide AdUnder new government measures, shoppers must not visit Meadowhall with anybody who is not part of their household or support bubble.
The centre said it would carefully manage visitor numbers by asking shoppers to queue in a designated area if the centre becomes busy, or by temporarily closing some of its car parks.
Red and green indicators on store fronts wull show if shoppers are able to safely enter or not, depending on capacity.

You must wear a face covering at all times, unless you are exempt for medical reasons Wash hands regularly, make use of hand sanitising stations and choose contactless payments where possible It’s important to keep a safe distance from others and to follow the one way/ keep left system at all times- look out for signage and be considerate of others The on-site team is on hand to help, and have all been provided with PPE such as face coverings and gloves
