“And with a couple of days to go we’re hoping for that more stalls will join - with puddings, Italian and Mexican sauces and curries on sale too.

“But there’s no need to worry because non-foody favourite stalls selling pet food, plants, natural soaps, essential oils, soy candles and melts, clothing and accessories plus vintage and collectables will all be there too.

Market director Caitlin said Buxton Market was one of the few markets locally which continued to trade throughout lock-down - and was currently having its ‘best ever year’.
