Hide AdMarket Director Caitlin Bisknell told how because the market was open-air it was one of the safest places to shop.
She added: “We’re able to spread out easily - which allows us to maintain social distancing and to manage footfall around the market.
“And with a couple of days to go we’re hoping for that more stalls will join - with puddings, Italian and Mexican sauces and curries on sale too.
“But there’s no need to worry because non-foody favourite stalls selling pet food, plants, natural soaps, essential oils, soy candles and melts, clothing and accessories plus vintage and collectables will all be there too.
