All the new rule changes Meadowhall shoppers need to know during second lockdown
and on Freeview 262 or Freely 565
Essential stores will remain open for businesses at Meadowhall during the second national lockdown. Shops deemed non-essential have had to shut until at least December 2.
Social distancing measures will be in place and certain facilities in the shopping centre will no longer be available or will be available at a reduced capacity.

Hide AdAnd while ‘essential’ retail stores will be kept open, some retailers will be offering click-and-collect services along takeaway or delivery at some restaurants.
Parking
The available parking at the shopping centre will be limited.
The blue car park adjacent to Debenhams will be closed to cars but available for pedestrian access to Meadowhall via the Tinsley South Supertram stop.
The red and yellow car parks will be closed.
All other car parks will be open as usual. Disabled spaces near the Shopmobility area are in the Orange zone.
Water fountain

Oasis Dining Area

Hide AdCafes and restaurants open at Meadowhall are offering eat-in, a click and collect and take away options.
In line with government guidance, customers dining in the Oasis Food Court are now required to check in with the NHS Test and Trace app by scanning the QR code on their table. Visitors also must wear a face covering whenever they are not sat at a table.
The opening hours of restautants might differ slightly from usual. Check the website.
Seating
There is now limited seating in the shopping mall area.

Child and baby facilities
The soft play area is now closed. This is in accordance with the latest guidelines for the closure of non-essential facilities.

Bottle warming facilities are unavailable during the lockdown.
Shopmobility

Hide AdThe familiarisation sessions are not available during lockdown as they cannot be done while observing social distancing.
The scooter pre-booking service has also been suspended.
There are accompanied shopping services, wheelchairs and self-drive scooters available.
