When a country house weekend takes a turn for the worse, Bertie Wooster is unwittingly called on to play matchmaker and to also steal a silver cow creamer from Totleigh Towers. Naturally, the ever dependable Jeeves is there to prevent Bertie from making a fool of himself in front of a cast of Wodehouse’s finest characters including Gussie Fink-Nottle, Madeline Bassett, Sir Watkin Bassett, Dahlia Travers, Roderick Spode and Constable Oates.

The production has starred a host of big names during its run in the West End including Stephen Mangan, Matthew Macfadyen, Robert Webb, John Gordon-Sinclair, Mark Heap and James Lance.

Tickets for the performance at Buxton Opera House from September 10-12 range from £23 to £25 and discounts are available. Call the box office on 01298 72190 or book online at www.buxtonoperahouse.org.uk
