A Touch of Frost actor to perform in murder-mystery play in Derbyshire

Father Brown - The Curse of the Invisible Man will be presented by Rumpus Theatre Company in Chesterfield this month.

Multiple murders have been committed, but the culprit leaves no trace. Can he … or she … be truly invisible? And is it all really due to some malevolent ancient curse? Mild-mannered Father Brown is called to an Edwardian country house where his incisive deductions peel away the many

layers of this haunting case, until he finally unmasks the killer. But in the meantime … will the murderer strike again!

John Lyons, who played DS George Toolan in A Touch of Frost, is cast as Father Brown.

The play is at Chesterfield’s Pomegranate on October 16 and 17 at 7.30pm with matinees on Friday at 2pm and Saturday at 3pm.
