A car and a HGV crashed earlier today (Friday, January 19) on the on A515, Biggin near Newhaven.

Firefighters from Buxton and Ashbourne attended the scene at around 11.50am.

One female was trapped and released from the car by the removal of the roof.

East Midlands Ambulance Service also attended.
