Man fined for seeing wife and breaching court order
A Bakewell man has been fined for breaching a non-molestation order and meeting up with his wife.
Michael Gregory admitted visiting Jasmine Gregory at her home on Winster Square, in Buxton, between February 17 and March 30.
The 30-year-old, of Yeld Close, was made subject to the order at Derby Crown Court on February 17.
He was ordered to pay a £73 fine, a £60 victim surcharge and £85 court costs and given a nine-month community order with a supervision requirement.
