Lorry driver airlifted to hospital after Cat and Fiddle Road accident
A lorry driver has been taken to hospital by air ambulance after his vehicle overturned on the Cat and Fiddle Road near Buxton.
The driver was trapped by his injuries after his vehicle left the road and fell into a ditch shortly after 1pm on Monday afternoon.
Fire crews from Buxton, Staveley and Chapel managed to free the man and he was then taken to hospital by the air ambulance crew.
