Fire involved an iron in the kitchen of house near Buxton
Firefighters from Buxton attended a house fire this morning (Saturday, April 6).
The crew were called to the house in Dakin Avenue, Fairfield, at around 11.45am .
The fire involved an iron in the kitchen but fortunately was out on the arrival of firefighters who ventilated the property an then fit smoke alarms.
