High Peak road reopens after serious crash

A High Peak has reopened after a serious collision this morning.

The A6 from the roundabout near the Fickle Mermaid pub in Chapel-en-le-Frith was closed towards Dove Holes with motorists advised to find an alternative route if travelling to Buxton via the A6.

We have asked police for further information and are awaiting a response.
