Buxton students meet cycling legend

Disley Paralympian Barney Storey took time out from training at the National Cycling Centre’s velodrome to coach students from the University of Derby Buxton.

Sports development lecturer Lee Rylands introduced his students to the world-record breaking sprint pilot, during a trip to the Manchester home of the British Cycling Federation.

The 45 students also had a tour of the facilities.
