Buxton man hit by train identified
A man who died after being struck by a train in Duffield on Saturday has been named by British Transport Police as Jonathan House, 46, of Buxton.
The railway station, near Derby, was closed for more than two hours after emergency services were called to the scene at 11.20am.
A police spokesman said his death was being treated as “non-suspicious”.
