Guitar-playing singer-songwriter Eliza P will return to her old stamping ground when she performs in Glossop.
She brings her bluesy/folky/rock sound to the Labour Club in Chapel Street on Sunday, December 28, at 8.30pm.
To encourage a party atmosphere, there will be a “Speakeasy” theme and people are invited to dress appropriately; even if it is just that hat they have always wanted to wear. Advance tickets (£7, £5 concessions.) are available from the Labour Club.
A former resident of Glossop, Eliza P now lives in Manchester. She is renowned as a clever wordsmith who delivers her lyrics with an air of innocence before disarming her listener with a pure mischievousness.
